We do not use your information for marketing purposes and we will only contact you in relation to the service we provide for you. Your information will only be used to process referrals, session notes, communications and invoices in agreement between Participation Dogs and you. We will comply with legislation that allows you access to your personal data and we will store your data securely for 7 years as advised by our insurers. After this time it will be deleted (electronic) or shredded (paper). Under the GDPR you can request in writing for information not to be kept for this length of time.
